Refund policy
Our store's return policy covers any returns or defective items not used within 30 days. These items can be returned with a store receipt. Sometimes, a return may be for a high-value purchase, and customers might lose receipts. If that happens, we usually have the ability to locate the receipt in our system, depending on how the customer paid for the items and when the purchase was made. If we cannot find the customer's receipt, but the items are recognized in our system, we will offer the return value for the purchase or purchases on a gift card.
